Character Creation Problems
When your character is not saving when you connect to the server.
When creating your character, it is crucial to specify your height in centimeters (cm). This is the standard measurement used in the game, and using any other unit (such as inches or feet) can cause significant issues during gameplay. If you make this mistake, it may result in the need to remake your character entirely to comply with the correct format.
Why is this important? The game systems rely on specific measurements to ensure that characters fit properly within the world, interactions, and environments. If you input your height in inches or other units, the system might not recognize it correctly, causing visual glitches, mismatched scaling, or other problems that could impact your experience.
How to do it right: Check your height in centimeters (cm) using an online converter or your personal measurement. Input the height in centimeters only. For example, if your height is 5'10" (which is around 178 cm), make sure you input it as 178 cm. By following these instructions, you’ll avoid any issues and have a smoother gaming experience!
Map Issues
If you cannot see the map, change your DirectX setting from DirectX 10 to DirectX 11.

Cannot see when flying in the city
This is most likely because you flew out inside a building (MLO) or did not close the FiveM launcher after a server restart. Always exit the MLO when you fly out, and make sure to close the FiveM launcher when the server restarts.
Texture disappearing and reappearing
When there are a lot of people around and textures are disappearing, it is most likely that your texture budget is too low. Increasing your texture budget will likely fix this. After increasing your texture budget, make sure to re-fly back into the city to prevent any issues.

How to clear your FiveM cache
If you have problems like de-synced or scripts/MLO not working correctly, one of the things you can try is clearing you FiveM cache. The server is constantly updating scripts/MLO's so this can have problems on the client side. So clearing your cache every so often can help prevent this. This YouTube clip will explain how to clear your cache.
