Whitelisting Org
Version 2025.02.10
Welcome to the Org Whitelisting Process. As the city grows, the requirements will evolve, as well. But, this is the process now.
Key Points
Here are the key points to being considered for org whitelisting
Your starting crew must be at least five (5) members
You must have at least 5 members of your crew who plays at least eight (8) hours a week
Provide high quality RP to the city
Your members must be “sanction free.”
Whitelist approval is RP quality based, not “first come, first served.”
Your Prep Tasks
Prior to submitting for Step 1 (below) you must have the following:
Org Name: A lore friendly name, this name cannot be tied to any gangs or MC's that exist in real life such as "Crips/Bloods, Hells Angels, Outlaws, Sinaloa etc. ". This is your chance to stand out and be different so get creative and really make this yours.
Also no GTA Gangs/MC/Mafia names
Your Org colors and branding: You can have up to 10 male and 10 female models.
Vehicle: Potential ideas for a club vehicle. You can have 1 club specific vehicle.
MLO Asset: Give at least three (3) links to MLOs that you are interested in, and in order of preference. DO NOT PURCHASE. The MLO Asset can not be a business related MLO, that includes bar, night clubs, or any business related part into the MLO. We know some MLO's come with mechanic bays. That's fine but will not be used as a mechanic businesses or be workable.
Backstory: Your highly detailed backstory for your Org. This would include the story of how you met and some of the highlights along the way. Additionally we ask that you provide a detailed direction of where your Org would head in the city, could it be selling drugs on your block? production of drugs? or maybe you're just car nuts and get into the racing/boosting scene? The choice is yours and we look forward to reading what you come up with.
Note: it is not our responsibility to source any of the above mentioned items for you. Please be prepared and this should help the process.
Please Follow These Steps
Step 1
Apply! After completing the prep work, you can register your interest by opening an Org Request ticket.
In your ticket please include the following for review:
Org story
Org name
Your color
Logo
Your ranking structure
A full list of member names, their discord ids, and their titles/rank. Please ensure you are including both city names as well as discord names, see example below. If any of this info is missing you will be asked to open a new ticket when you have gathered full information.
Example:
City Name/Discord name/Rank
John Doe/Tonybrokeit_GG/President
Misty Swanson/DontfuckwithGracie/Vice President
etc.
Step 2
RP it!
Once you have submitted all the above (Step 1) and a staff member gives confirmation of receipt you will be placed on a waiting list.
Note:
The waiting list has no set amount of time for final approval
The waiting list is NOT a first come, first served list. You will be granted WL based on what your Org brings to the city.
it must also be noted at this time that the staff team is currently focusing on the city development as a whole and nothing Org related at the moment, so approval dates are TBD
With an open Org slot, we evaluate and review the quality of each individual and the Org's level of RP they bring to the community.
Step 3
Start working with the Devs!
Once approved, you'll be pulled off the waiting list and will work with the Dev team.
This team will lead you through the process of reviewing clothing assets as well as reviewing MLO's that are approved for city use. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING UNTIL THE DEV TEAM GIVES YOU THE GO AHEAD.
When your MLO has been approved, contact Real Estate in the city to purchase the land for a fee (In city fee will be determined by Gov based on location and property values) to be paid to realtor. So you want to live the high life in Vinewood? Be prepared to pay a fair value for that property. We also ask that MLO’s be realistic and fair sized, and do not look to have massive multi floored buildings and compounds brought in to service the needs of 15 or so people.
It is your duty as an Org leader to ensure all your members understand the Org Expectations and Org Strike System.
Note: Any assets transferred to the LIBERATED become the LIBERATED property, as soon as they are within the CFX account. If you disband or your club gets un-whitelisted, all assets will be removed. This includes no refunds in City or Out Of City, these assets can be used again some time in the future for other Clubs or Public.
Org Leader Responsibilities.
As an Org leader, you and the Org are taking on a fair bit of liability for each of your members and their individual day to day actions in the city and discord. Each member of the community will be held to a high standard and that focus will be higher for any Whitelisted position in the community.
As an example, you have a member that is giving poor quality RP, is being toxic or breaking rules! It must be noted at this point that this individual is a reflection of your Org in the community and said Org will be held accountable for the members' individual actions at all times.
This is to help you be more mindful of who you have in your ranks and give each member accountability to their Org and all other members. So be mindful of who you bring into your fold and make sure everyone is aware of Org Expectations and the Org Strike System as their individual actions could have negative effects against the Org by sanctions.
We'd ask at this point that only the leader open and manage tickets that involve anything for their related Org. Please refrain from having any other members added to a ticket unless a staff member conducts it. Please do not have any members open tickets or make any request by /report in the city, you as the leader are the primary point of contact for approvals and accountability.
ORG EXPECTATIONS
Expectations are that strict RP is upheld when in the city and a friendly and welcoming attitude towards the community in the Discord. It is expected that your Org prioritizes RP over gunplay at all times with no exceptions.
As an Org, you are to be held responsible for the behavior of your members either in the Discord or whenever they are in the city. If members are found to be breaking rules or exhibiting toxic behavior (either in the Discord or in the city) then the Org will be held accountable as a whole for these actions and will be subject to sanctions and/or strikes.
“Toxic”- Any racism or hate speech or indirect forms of this, Trolling or baiting for reactions including posting Gifs/memes in the Discord, Taking anything personal and/or bringing things out of or into the city, in short don't be immature, if you can’t handle your emotions neither will we!
This is merely a guideline of what could be considered to be toxic, we have the right to hold everyone accountable for their actions and yes there is free speech but, there are consciences for your words and actions. We reserve the right to remove whomever we choose as we see fit for the benefit of the community.
ORG STRIKE SYSTEM
With the Org Strike System, Whitelisted Orgs will be held to the highest standard possible. The system is in place to help ensure that all Org's in the WL program are held to the same standard.
We encourage criminal RP but must acknowledge that RP is best served as a slow burn or turn-based system, when possible.
Strike 1 - Warning and individual sanctions
Strike 2 - All members present will receive a 24hr ban on top of individual sanctions.
Strike 3 - Lose Whitelist, all assets removed from city and individual sanctions.
Please note that Org Sanctions and Individual Sanctions will be issued together when necessary. Getting an Org strike does not give you grace from receiving personal sanction and vice versa.
How to remove an Org Strike?
After 90 days and with a clean slate of no further strikes, the leader of an Org can open a ticket requesting the removal of one strike point by staff review.
